When we allow ourselves to feel love then the defence walls of fear and anger that arise from pain dissolve and we become free.
We think our walls protect us, until we realise that all they do is separate us. Deep down we know that our own joys and pains deeply effect everyone else around us and therefore the whole world, just as our own families pain and joy has effected us.
We are empowered and are able to change absolutely everything for the better by enjoying each breath.
We may individually know various things but we know nothing very much and what we think is as changeable as the next person.
At our core we are not different, what we all need is simple and essentially the same.
The protective mask we all have, may seem impenetrable and scary, but it hides a heart that only wants to give and receive.
Lets not look at each others surface that seems so different but connect with each other at our centre which is loving.
Fixing our attention firmly on our loving breath for as many breaths as we can each day is the simple key to the happiness we want. The mind relaxes and lets go of fear and anxiety.
All this fear has made our lives so difficult, it's time to let go of it and start to become our simple loving selves again. Love melts fear and heals the pain.
Thoughts increase the pain, even positive thoughts are only a signpost. When we receive the loving feeling behind our breath, pain begins to melt away.
